HTPOW does not directly store your complete credit card number, card security code, or full payment account details. Your payment information is handled by the applicable payment service provider in accordance with its security and privacy standards.

5. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

If the requested verification cannot be completed, HTPOW reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel the order. Any eligible payment will be refunded according to our refund policy.

9. Duplicate or Pending Charges

If you see more than one charge related to the same order, one of the charges may be a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed payment.

Temporary authorization holds are normally removed automatically by your bank. Processing times vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

If multiple completed charges remain on your account, please contact us and provide your order number and relevant payment details. For security reasons, please do not send your full card number or card security code by email.

10. Taxes and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order-related fees will be displayed during checkout whenever required.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge additional fees, including:

  • Foreign transaction fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • International payment fees

You remain responsible for complying with the payment agreement entered into with the installment payment provider.

13. Order Cancellations and Payment Changes

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the payment method used for that order.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or shipment.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After HTPOW processes a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may delay the resolution process and may affect your ability to place future orders with HTPOW.
