We have an equal warranty and provide after-sale customer service for the product. If any quality issue, please feel free to contact us, we will offer professional instructions and solutions timely.
Online Returns Policy
You must first contact us by email and get our written approval before sending any item back. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
1. Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us first. We will help you cancel the order and process to refund you, and the refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account.
2.We promise to process your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the working day. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.
3. Within 30 days of delivery, you can return the majority of items for a refund. The product must be in its original state and packaging, and return shipping charges are charged. To be eligible for a refund, a product must be returned in its original packaging and in brand-new, unused condition. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned.
4. We do not accept returns on discounted items unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
To return a purchase, please follow the directions below.
If there is a manufacturer defect in the products within 30 days of delivery, kindly get in touch with us right away and send us pictures and videos so we can inspect them. You can return any products for a complete refund after verification. NOTE: Please contact us within 48 hours if there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, and take pictures and videos to demonstrate the issue so we can confirm it.
Warranty & Return Time
If the customer finds non-human damage within one week after receiving the goods, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. After one week, the customer has to bear the shipping cost of the replacement parts. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return any items from your order in accordance with our return policy, please follow the instructions below.
1. Process Your Return
Reply your order confirmation email and specify which items you want to returning. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement item.
Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.
Please take pictures of the packages before you ship them so you have proof that the goods are still in their original packaging. (You do need to cover the cost of shipping first. Once we determine that the problem is a quality-related one, we will reimburse you for your shipping expenses.)
Please send a picture of the shipping receipt and the tracking number to email@example.com after it has been delivered.
Tell us the order number (order number always beginning with LBT-), the model of the machine, and describe your problem in detail.
A clear video or photo describing your problem.
For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time frame is as below:
