Shipping Policy

Thank you for browsing our HTPOW products. Orders will be processed within 1 business days after full payment is received. Tracking number will be updated as soon as it\'s available.

Products from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers, or at different times based on item availability. All products sold on htpow.net are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your products after this time, you are entitled to a full refund after a postal inspection.

Our goal is to ensure that the items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

About import tax
Any goods sent from our US warehouse or European warehouse are duty-free, and customers do not need to deal with import duties.

All orders from the EU will be shipped from our EU warehouse.
All US orders will be shipped from our US warehouse.
Any goods sent from a Chinese warehouse to your country may incur customs duties, according to the customs policy of your country.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Time

After shipping, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number.

1. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time = the time between the time you place your order and the time of shipment (within 1 business days )
Shipping time = the time between shipping and delivery of your order to you (for a specific time range, please check the sheet below )

2. Processing Time

In this part, we ask you for within 1 business days for quality control and arrange suitable shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information.

3. Shipping Methods

We normally use DHL UPS FedEx USPS as couriers. The shipping methods vary depending on the shipping method/warehouse. Please see the following table for details:

It has been shown that the goods that are temporarily out of stock in the European warehouse need to be shipped from China, and the aging time will be relatively long, and the additional cost incurred needs to be borne by the customer.

The shipping time is an estimated time. Invalid address, customs clearance procedures, the COVID-19, the bad weather, or other reasons will lead to a longer delivery time than expected.
