1.Change The Water And Clean The Tank

The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affects the service life of the laser tube of the laser engraver. It is recommended to use pure water and to keep the water temperature below 35°C. If it exceeds 35°C, the circulating water needs to be replaced. (It is recommended that users choose one cooler or use two water tanks).

Clean the water tank: first turn off the power, unplug the inlet pipe, let the water in the laser tube flow into the water tank automatically, open the water tank, take out the pump and remove the dirt on the pump. Clean the water tank, replace the circulating water, restore the water pump to the tank, insert the water pipe connected to the water pump into the water inlet, and sort out all the joints. Turn on the power of the pump alone and run it for 2-3 minutes (so that the laser tube is filled with circulating water).

If the winter temperature is very low in northern areas, it may cause the water inside the laser tube to freeze. You can add antifreeze to prevent the water from freezing and causing the laser tube to break.

2. Fan Cleaning

Long-term use of the fan will accumulate a lot of solid dust in the fan, which makes the fan produce a lot of noise, and is also not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the fan suction power is insufficient and the exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the inlet and outlet ducts on the fan, remove the dust inside, then turn the fan upside down and pull the internal blades until it is clean, then install the fan.

3.The Lens Cleaning

During the operation of the equipment, due to the large amount of corrosive soot generated when processing parts, these soot will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the Sulpfun laser engraver and will form corrosion points on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail, shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to make the equipment work normally and stably and ensure the processing quality of the products, the daily maintenance of the guide rails and linear axes must be done carefully.

The guide rails of sculpfun s10 laser engraver are divided into linear guide rails and roller guide rails. In YM series, linear guide is used in X direction and roller guide is used in Y direction.

5. Tightening Of Screws And Couplings
